To plan a custom program for your own group, begin with the Leaders Circle description, but focus on the outcomes you’d like a program to achieve for your group.  For maximum impact for your group, think about:

> key competencies the group should develop
> senior management support that will increase program impacts
> how to schedule the program over time so that participants can apply insights and tools
> most important, outcomes you want the program to achieve for participants and for your organization.
